Co-founder & Chairman of the Board
He has been working in the real estate development sector for 11 years, during which he contributed, through his company, to the development of 30 mixed-use residential, commercial, and administrative towers. He understands the importance of customer satisfaction from the initial design phase to execution and final delivery, ensuring that agreed-upon timelines are met. His goal is to build relationships based on mutual trust. Tibia was established as a continuation of this journey, aiming to provide a fully integrated real estate product free of issues while building a strong foundation with clients.
Ahmed Saad El-Bahiry
Co-founder & CEO
He has been working in the field of integrated contracting for 11 years and has contributed, through his company, to several national projects, including housing, education, and healthcare. His expertise in construction and building has given him a deep understanding of the importance of adhering to technical specifications, executing projects efficiently, and delivering them on schedule. He has also been keenly interested in real estate development in Egypt, aiming for Tibia to be his gateway to transferring his expertise to the Egyptian real estate market. His commitment lies in delivering high-quality designs and execution while maintaining strong client relationships.
